Hewlett Packard printers are not the least expensive, but they are often the best value.

They are arguably some of the best built printers and certainly the most compatible with other devices and software. All other hardware and software manufacturers use the Hewlett Packard LaserJets as their standard for compatibility, which means that these printers are the most likely to work properly in your office.

Often the initial cost savings buying other printers is lost after you look at the time and money spent working out connectivity and/or compatibility problems.
