Both Hewlett Packard and Dell offer their basic hardware warranty as well as upgraded service levels.
This is a summary to give you an idea of what is offered.

LENGTH
3 years	Standard warranty period for business-class products, including servers and desktop computers is 3 years.
4 or 5 years	Warranty period can be lengthened to 4 or 5 years, either at purchase time or within the warranty period.
CALL TIME
13x5	Standard warranty allows you to call during regular business hours, 5 days a week, excluding holidays.
24x7	Allows you to call anytime 24 hours, 7 days a week.
RESPONSE
NBD	Next Business Day - A service technician will be onsite to start troubleshooting the next business day.
4hr Response	4 hour response - A service techincian will be onsite within 4 hours to repair or continue troubleshooting.
6hr Resolution	6 hour resolution - A service technician will be onsite and have the hardware replaced within 6 hours.
